That selfish decision may yet see her sentenced for a stretch that would force her resignation. It seems not only does she have any moral compass but very little if any personal integrity either.
I imagine it's up to her constituents to decide if she stays or not. But maybe we are moving past that point if voters decisions are being ignored these days by out of touch politicians. She should never have been made a candidate.

I’m a Labour supporter, and her resignation would probably mean her seat would fall to the Tories, but she should do the honourable thing, and resign. We cannot hold the Tories to account if we condone or excuse criminal activity.

Imagine her receiving a custodial sentence of, say, 9 months and remaining an MP. Absolutely incredible.

It seems backwards to allow those who foul the laws of England-and-Wales to be allowed to represent and influence in matters sensitive and legal. But corruption and dishonest meetings seems to get a free pass through the Tory Party. Standards should be raised further.
