Meanwhile, Republican Congressional efforts to pass legislation that blocked the end of Title 42 as part of theImmigration advocates say the policy unfairly denies migrants the chance to seek asylum — a human right under the United Nations' — and they accuse Republicans of wielding Title 42 in an underhanded attempt to crack down on immigration.

Turns out the current President cannot revoke an Executive Order of a prior President if the current President happens to be a Democrat and the policy in question was put into place by a Republican administration

Think about how radical the dems are, the Supreme Court has to intervene every other day to the libs unconstitutional agenda

There is a process to applying for Asylum and it doesn't include illegally crossing the boarder
