Canada has to do more to deter senseless acts like this. These people KNOW it’s wrong or they wouldn’t run. 24 or 48 months in prison isn’t a deterrent.
It’s unfortunate that we can’t but Capital Punishment at Olympic Plaza would be very appropriate in this instance.
