Oregon's LGBTQ community worries that a new law will keep them from obtaining gunsOregon's Measure 114 gives county sheriffs and police chiefs discretion to determine who qualifies to purchase a firearm. Opponents say the criteria to make those decisions is ambiguous. They seem to be able to find guns. Hmmmm…it’s as if the framers of the Constitution included the words “…shall not be infringed” for a reason. Gun rights are human rights. Move to Ohio.
