Violating sanctions against Russia: EU to make it criminal, impose similar penalties across Europe

LONDON – The European Union is tightening its pressure on Russia by classifying the violation of its sanctions against Russia by any European-based individual or company as a crime carrying similar penalties throughout the continent.
