It is unarguable that celebrities are loved by many people across borders. However, their lives are not always a bed of roses, as they also sometimes get into trouble.

Singers, Stanley Didia, aka Omah Lay; and Temilade Openiyi, aka Tems; were arrested in Uganda in December 2020 for flouting COVID-19 guidelines.

It was gathered that the organisers of the event falsely stated that the show was a lunch and dinner event, but went on to invite artistes to perform.Johnson Oyindamola aka Dammy Krane was arrested in Miami, United States in June 2017. He faced seven counts of credit card fraud and one count of fraudulent identification possession.

Oyindamola pleaded not guilty to the charges and demanded a trial by jury. In August 2017, the American Court struck out all the charges against him. Sauce Kid was said to have obtained stolen bank card numbers and other information from the rightful owners. He then encoded the account numbers onto blank plastic cards.
