Forced Eviction: Nigerian Billionaire Arthur Eze Allegedly Sends Hoodlums To Lay Siege To Niece’s House As Court Denies Issuing Execution WarrantThe illegal operation was personally supervised by Arthur who led a team of armed policemen who unleashed mayhem on the occupants and threw out their belongings from the house.

Arthur in November 2020 dragged his two brothers, Olisa and Onyeka, before a Federal Capital Territory High Court after he accused them of diverting his business funds for their personal use. Two mobile policemen were also sighted inside a Toyota Camry car, monitoring the entire operation but did not get down, probably in an attempt to conceal their identities.

"I have been directed by the Chief Registrar to inform you that the court is not in possession of any such warrant of execution, neither did the court levy any execution in the matter." She called on security agents and well-meaning Nigerians to prevail on Arthur to leave her family alone.
