Steiner and Miller walked around the Capitol building for about 36 minutes. Steiner wore a camouflage jacket and a beanie-style hat with “TRUMP” on it. Investigators found a message on his phone from the day of the insurrection that read: “Storming the Capitol building with hundreds of thousands ! [sic].”
