Justice Department subpoenas Maricopa County for communications with Trump, allies

Maricopa County supervisors got texts and phone calls from the Arizona Republican Party chair, the president’s personal attorney and the White House as votes were counted in the November election and as those results were contested. Here are some of the calls.Maricopa County officials confirmed Tuesday that they had received a subpoena for communications with former President Donald Trump, his staffers and his allies.

County spokesperson Fields Mosely said Tuesday that officials received the subpoena and"will comply." Chucri said he met with Rudy Giuliani, Trump's personal attorney, at the state Capitol in November 2020. It was around the time Chucri publicly said he'd support a third-party audit of the county’s tabulation machines to address concerns around the election.

Later, Giuliani tried to call the other Republicans on the county Board of Supervisors: Bill Gates, Jack Sellers and Clint Hickman.

Ah let see about the DOJ, investigated nothing on elections, hid the Hunter Biden lap top information to influence and election, colluded with Twitter to influence an election, failed to convict anyone involved in the Russian Gate hoax. Gee I bet no hidden agenda here? Very sad.
