Democrats in the Colorado legislature are eyeing a massive gun control push to include an “assault weapons” ban and changing the state’s red flag law.Colorado Senate president Steve Fenberg’s observation that “pretty much everything is on the table.”
He indicated the job before Democrats at this moment is simply figuring out which gun controls to pursue first. Fenberg added, “I’ve always said that I support an assault weapons ban. I don’t think in this day and age it makes sense that people can purchase weapons of war. It’s something we have to make sure the policy is right. I think there’s still ongoing conversations about what the policy would be.”
It's simple ( shall not be infringed ) any law that limits or removes a right to possess a fire arm shall be unlawful and void of legality. The 2nd is pretty fcking clear....

I experienced the red flag law gone fascist, in Carson City NV. I was SWAT raided by the local Democrat ruling elite. They found nothing, so they tried to hang me as 'mentally ill'....clearly a template being applied to confiscate guns and discredit the target

Assault weapons were banned by FOPA in 1986. It’s interesting how states can get around the 14th Amendment and deprive someone of property without due process using Red Flag laws….
