A bipartisan group of United States senators led by Chuck Schumer is reportedly working to attach marijuana legislation to “must-pass” bills at the end of the year.

is a bill introduced in the House last year and is designed to erase prior marijuana convictions. The measure, according to a summary of the bill, "authorizes the DOJ to make grants to states and local governments to reduce the financial and administrative burden of expunging convictions for state cannabis offenses."

Chuck Schumer has been working across the aisle in the Senate to advance the legislation, talking with several prominent Republicans.

Great Americans. Pathetic

Just 3 gummies from a dispensary caused permanent psychosis for my daughter.

Biden thinks stoners vote?

Why when there are urgent items deal with?

Go figure

More of Schumer's shenanigans. He has got to go. He is a tool of the extreme left.

No brainer. Take a revenue source away from the cartels. Free up enforcement resources to go after fentanyl.

Nooo

Knowing the Dems, they're going to open up interstate commerce so their donors at Philip Morris can wreck the industry just like Gavin Newsome wrecked it in California for his VenCap donors. My buddy in Humboldt paid $1M to get his farm legal, now it's not worth it to grow.

Way overdue

Give it to them. This is a losing issue for old school republicans. A libertarian shift is all the Republicans need to destroy the democrats. BE the party of freedom.

These Bollywood stars are keeping it in demand. I will legalize it on day one and end this prohibition and profiteering.

The Democrats are jonesing for the tax revenue from it...

Marijuana is schedule 1 narcotic..equal to heroine. Anyone who lived through the 60s and 70s should know that pure cannabis is nowhere close in comparison! And it has medicinal properties unequal to pharmaceuticals.
