The third-year law student has become the target of internet sleuths' speculation online.

A neighbor of the four murdered University of Idaho students told reporters that he went to the police station and offered to submit his DNA after he became the target of speculation online.

"I just went in, they never contacted me," he said."I just figured it's easier to just try and be proactive and get it all out of the way sooner rather than later." Reagan said he did a mouth swab and left the police station. Reagan, a third-year law student, has been the subject of speculation and rumors online among internet sleuths.In an earlier interview with, Reagan said that he"went to bed early" the night of the murder and"then a couple of hours later we got a message, and there was a bunch of police here. And then that was the end of normalcy for the past week or so here."
