according to this article, the annual pay for rail workers (which includes the annual healthcare benefit) is $160,000 once this pay increase is fully realized. That’s a pretty good salary 🤷🏻♀️

How many personal days do rail workers get? Many companies are now converting sick days to personal days that could be used for any reason. I don't see this as an unreasonable agreement as long as there are 10+ days of personal days available.
