Civic Group, Ilaje Initiative Takes Buhari To Court Over Appointment Of ‘Unqualified’ Stella Okotete As Nigerian Export Bank, NEXIM DirectorSaharaReporters had reported how Okotete was appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari despite issues regarding her qualification.
