An ongoing lawsuit in Alabama typifies the far-reaching criminalization of women enabled by some anti-abortion ideology and the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent ruling overturning Roe v. Wade.

Etowah County officials are facing what appears to be the first lawsuit in the state alleging false imprisonment because a woman who was jailed for exposing her unborn child to drugs wasn’t pregnant – although it isn’t the first time such dystopian injustice has played out in Alabama. Sheriff’s investigator Brandi Fuller later issued a “patently false” warrant saying Freeman tested positive for amphetamines, according to the complaint. She was arrested for “chemical endangerment” days later, the complaint said, by sheriff’s deputies who stopped to assist her with a flat tire.Freeman said she was forced to provide a urine sample in jail -- which showed she wasn't pregnant.

Here is the Alabama sheriffs deputy, Brandi Fuller, aka, Brandi L Womack who appears to be targeting pregnant women for arrest. She’s arrested more than 150 pregnant women in one county alone:

Anything forced misses the target, FYI. 😀

We are sorry but if someone is willing to kill 4 people they would not leave anyone around alive. 2 more dead would not mean anything to the killer. Their were defensive wounds which means screams as well. The 2 girls left alive in Idaho know more then they are telling.
