This is terribly wrong. So if this should happen, would this include trade schools, community colleges? There are too many variables for this money to be spent. It is the American peoples money, not the GOVERNMENTS. There is already too much government spending!
That was clearly interference in elections. He said it right before critical midterms knowing that a declaration like that has to come from Congress. There is too much tax involved for it not to come from congress.
