The execution of a Black death row inmate can proceed after Missouri's highest court rejected a claim that the case was tainted by racial bias and determined the claim would most likely not be successful in legal challenges.

Where the barbaric practice of capital punishment is enforced every care must be taken to establish guilt without (racial) prejudice. Any possible avenues left open that could lead to expungement of the sentence must be pursued wo prior prejudicing the future results of the case.

America murders their citizens and call it freedom.

He assaulted his girlfriend. He callously shot a police officer and ran away. I don’t care if he is now a model citizen. He did the crime and was sentenced.
