When you sign an employment contract, the company requires you to adhere to the terms and conditions, and can fire you if you don’t. It’s appalling that there are so few rights for people to hold companies to account when they renege on the deal themselves. It should be illegal.

All government pensions are more generous than the contributions made by the employees. If the same money was invested in a private pension they would be lucky to get 1/3 of what they will get now. Not saying they don't deserve it, just simple maths, better pension pay more in.

They have been going downhill for years. They constantly change the menu and the mixed grill has gradually decreased in size over the years yet the price goes up! No wonder they are struggling.
