I very much doubt the African Court has any jurisdiction in South Africa, especially on a matter such as this...Mr Walus's SC must argue that the SACP does not have locus standi in this matter...

The comrades have lost their reasoning capacity.

SACP must quit the alliance if they are serious

Jacob will be heading there next.

What is the value of the Alliance relationship if the Party cannot even rely on its governing Alliance partner. This is as disturbing as the COSATU/ANC relationship that keeps the working class forver in protest 😭

You are being biased what about all the other political activetes

My first time hearing about African Court

African Court on Peoples and Human Rights is made up of judges from different African countries. Meaning SA judges might also be on the bench there. What if SACP finds Zondo sitting on the bench for the African Court?

Sounds like they really don't want him to talk... I wonder why?

The what court ? 🤡 SA has ONE apex court. That's it.

SACP, what is your problem? You must embrace our Constitution and its Court like I do.

I can understand why people are upset about the parole decision. But in saying this, that is the law! Bear in mind that many prisoners have been paroled after being jailed for the rape and murder of women and children and then they repeat the same offences after being released!

Why was the murderer Robert McBride let loose and given a top position. He was a cold blooded killer and we haven't forgotten the anguish when he was released! My friend niece had her head blown off at Magoos at the beach front. 73 were injured and three died. 😢😔

😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤡🤡🤡

There are more than enough top Ministers of the SACP in government * Nzimande, Mantashe, Nxesi, Nanamela, Patel, Pravin and Sdumo Dlamini...these are all lawmakers before they became Executive members ...why cant they change the laws they feel are not helpful?

Never Appeal make noise about release parole Eugene De Kock

Lol African court? Thats run by westerns they gots to be kidding

Curious that they didn't have same energy and enthusiasm when Eugen De Kock was released.
