ConCourt orders Chris Hani killer be released on parole

"Chris Hani's death was part of was spawned the democracy that we have and it is unfortunate, but I haven't looked at the judgment closely myself. "I would like to do so and to see the reasoning and one cannot but feel the pain that the family and his widow Limpho Hani is going through." Ramaphosa was also asked if he was worried the potential re-imprisonment of Jacob Zuma could lead to another round of unrest. The Supreme Court of Appeal on Monday ruled that the former president should return to prison as he was placed on medical parole unlawfully."I do not believe that we should see any unrest through this because there are other processes that will ensue. The period of that whole sentence, in my view, as I have heard, seems to have already run out.
