Georgios Giakoumakis, 27, allegedly committed theCourt papers state the Greek international striker was behind the wheel of a Mercedes Amg Cla 45 at the time.It is claimed Giakoumakis drove without due care and attention or without reasonable consideration for other people using the road or public place.
The charge says Giakoumakis was driving while operating a mobile phone in his hands and swerved over the carriageway on Nitshill Road.
