2023 Presidential Election: Tinubu Reacts As Nigerian Court Dismisses Suit Seeking His DisqualificationBola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress on Thursday, described himself as"unbreakable" following the dismissal of a suit challenging his candidacy by a Federal High Court in Abuja.The action brought by the Action Peoples Party sought to invalidate his nomination as the APC presidential candidate for the 2023 election.
The plaintiffs had asked the court to order INEC to revoke Tinubu's nomination as the presidential candidate of the APC, the third defendant.
