The policy removes any books that "espouses the view that gender is merely a social construct", "espouses the view that it is possible for a person to be any gender or none" or "supports hormone therapy or other medical treatments to temporarily or permanently alter a person's body or genetic make-up so that it ‘matches’ a self-believed gender that is different from the person's biological sex.
Civil rights belong to all. I don't have to agree with your beliefs but I do respect your rights; however, you should also respect my beliefs and rights.
There is no such thing a transgender minor rights. Throw it out of court.
The only civil rights the patriarchal left care about are trans women. They know trans men will never be a threat at any competitive level.
When you see activist teachers posting to social media that 40% of their classroom now identify as 'trans' I think it's fair for parents to petition their school board for change. That's what happened here. Students don't belong to the state.
