Good morning releasing this killer is not good idea is gonna coz chaos
We are all equal before the law; if every other murderer and rapist can get parole, then so should Waluz. It is what our great Constitution is all about. Rules and laws cannot and should not be bent to suit certain agendas.
You know what? He served his time + he is due for parole!! Put the emotions aside! What about McBride?
Did you expect something different from this ngas
This man has served more than 25 years of life sentence in jail for murder. His time was up and there was no reason why he was denied parole.
Ag voetsek you lot are complicent in this charade... 🤮 VoetsekANC VoetsekCyrilvoetsekmalema
Misdirected at the judiciary. The same law that released this murderer, is the same that releases thousands of offenders without due consideration of their victims and society in general. If SAns are not happy, their lawmakers in ParliamentofRSA should change it! JanuszWalus
ANC politics at play
Bullsht. What makes Hani more important than thousands of people murdered by rubbish murderers, that were released during the last 28 yrs. He was just a normal person ,and no better than any other good humans.
Misplaced , invalid and misdirected outrage
What Zuma did to this country is far worse. But send him to jail for 1 month and SA goes nuts. Double standards much
The Constitutional Court decision clearly explained the reasons why Walus qualified for parole. The seriousness of the offence & the remarks of the sentencing court cannot be used to refuse the placement on parole of a rehabilitated prisoner, the court said.
That is out of hand how come they do that to us
