After SCA ruling, DA wants Zuma back in jail by Friday

JOHANNESBURG - The Democratic Alliance wants former President Jacob Zuma back in prison by the end of the week.

The SCA didn’t stipulate by when. But the DA, through the party’s lawyers, has now written to Thobakgale demanding that Zuma be placed back behind bars by the close of business on Friday. If he doesn’t, it states further, the commissioner is then obliged to ensure Zuma’s return to prison.They want Zuma in orange overalls again by no later than 5pm on Friday afternoon.In a statement, the party’s shadow minister for Correctional Services, Jahno Engelbrecht, said that the matter was about ensuring that the democratic principles of equality before the law and accountability were upheld.

Ask the SCA and DA what is a Parole?

It's not possible because they don't listen and understand what the correctional service act and regulations says about parole, why they want to do things their way

If DCS are thinking of appealing the ruling, clearly they're going to count time enjoying his palace as time served in prison (insane!). So why bother. Just ask Zuma to pop into Escort prison and release him immediately. Would save a lot of wasted court time and money.
