The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Anajat Salmat and three others had sued INEC as sole defendant in a suit marked: FHC/ABJ/CS/1343/2022.
In the originating summons filed before the court, the plaintiffs argued that INEC cannot stop the CVR contrary to the stipulated provisions of the constitution. They urged the court to order the electoral umpire to resume the exercise in accordance with the law of the country. All rights reserved. For which election? The one in less than 3 months?😊
At least those registering will vote in subsequent elections post 2023.
This court order won't stand cos I know my country Nigeria. Besides election is too close for this cos people that registered since last year are still awaiting their voters card uptill now .
This one is good news....
Nice one I want to complete my registration
They've exposed the underage registration now they want to cover up... SMH
Nice move no more rigging
Another plan to rig elections
