Former President Jacob Zuma has reason to celebrate, although the Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein has upheld the High Court order which declared his release onThe SCA has set aside the High Court order which declared that the time Zuma spent out on medical parole should not be counted as part of the prison sentence.

The Constitutional Court had handed Zuma a 15-month prison sentence in June last year after he defied its order to appear before the Commission of Inquiry into State Capture.Handing down the judgment, Justice Tati Makgoba says, “The order of the judgment reads as follows, 1. paragraphs 5 and 6 of the order of the high court are set aside. 2.

He served all his sentence in jail and under house arrest. What remaining sentence you talking about? Or there would be another Zuma law

Oksalayo president Zuma is a free man as we speak, he is not going back to Zondo's and Nkampempe's evil place 💃💃

Hhaikona man stop misleading people

That's not actually what the judgment says. Please don't embolden his supporters by spreading a false narrative. Have someone legally trained explain the judgment rather that reporting what Manyi and others (erroneously) say it means. Thanks.

President Zuma will never win any court case in SA... i mean the wringing is on the wall!

This is totally false. He is ordered back to prison. You should read the judgement.
