Ooh in case you didn't see or know what CIC said to them Here we go...

As Malema knows from his days in the ANCYL, when you are going to lose in the courts, you take your fight to the streets! There, you don't need logic, facts or evidence, as whoever shouts loudest & creates the most disruption, will win!

Sanef won't get an apology from either Malema or the EFF, as they KNOW they will lose any case over their attack on journalists in court: From Malema's days in the ANCYL, he knows that the only way to win, is to take the fight to the streets: There, you don't need facts!

For the EFF, attack is always the best defence, especially since they have a LOT of wrongdoing to cover up!

The EFF has moved the goalposts again: Their attack on journalists has everything to do with their cowardly attempt to cover up their involvement in corruption & NOTHING to do with silencing their criticism of the media!

We are being supplied with misinformation and being deprived of access to complete and fair journalism. Now they are asking our courts to protect them to have a leeway to peddle misinformation and not be challenged

Journalists must know that when they behave like politicians they will be apprehended like politicians Asijiki

Let's go. Fake news and opinion pieces in the name of investigative journalism must fall

the same useless SANEF, that failed to protect ANN7 journalists... they must foetsek

hey EFF have responded base on this Case just incase u haven't seen it yet

Welldone for standing up and having a backbone ....not like Vodacom

Malema said 'deal with them decisively through engagement not violence'. It's not Malema's fault a few idiots can't think for themselves. Plus, your jourbalists are partisan, political and should thus be prepaired to take it as much as they dish it. kaveels The TRUTH (nothing butt the truth) will come out that there are pseudo 'Journos' who saw nothing wrong with fabricating 'SPY' stories in pursuit of political factional battle. One was even spotted wearing a party T-Shirt in a Birthday Party...... kaveels please educate me, i'm new in this rhings, Is SANEF a political party?

Sanef approach Equality Court to end intimidation by EFFEditors' group Sanef and the affected journalists want an order to stop the party from intimidating, threatening or assaulting reporters. The TNA stuff, masquerading as 'Breaking News '........ So called 'Journalists ' can gang up (in a closing the ranks style) We're sick & tired about media & journalists in SA,It's about time to take them head on.We can't be sent to dysfunctional stokvels like BCCSA which don't know what they're doing,Journalists have become politicians & should be treated as such. What are we protecting here? Reputation, integrity or Corrupt tendencies? Because if you protect Reputation you Sue. If you protect integrity you speak to the Embarrassingly incompetent SAPS. BUT if you protect Corrupt tendencies you promote Anarchy. I stand to be corrected
