I read it and I didn't see a date of when the Judge will hand down his sentence. Just because he might be needed to supply more info to Mueller doesn't mean he can't do it from jail.
The judge needs to remember his remarks carry a lot of weight so they should be accurate so when they are not his apologetic correction does not get lost in the shuffle.
