The Justice Department has opened an investigation into the killing of a Palestinian-American journalist shot dead earlier this year while covering an Israeli miliary raid in the West Bank, Israeli officials said Monday, vowing not to cooperate with the U.S. probe.

U.S. officials recently notified Israel that the Justice Department is investigating the death of Shireen Abu Akleh, a veteran Al Jazeera journalist . A series of independent investigations concluded that an Israeli soldier about 200 yards away likely shot Ms. Abu Akleh as she walked up a road wearing body armor with the word “PRESS” on the front.

The only reason the DOJ and Trump are at odds is because of the incompetence of the DOJ who can't figure out how to cover up Trump's crimes.
