We don’t need Christian nationalism in this country any more than we need Islamic sharia or any other religion based law.

Christian nationalism has gotten a lot of attention lately, thanks to politicians such as Donald Trump and Doug Mastriano. Considering such proponents, it should come as no surprise that the doctrine is based on yet another “Big Lie.” Contrary to many claims, the United States was not founded on the basis of Christianity. Although many of the “Founding Fathers” were raised in various Christian denominations, a reading of their writings shows that they were Deists in reality.

Then why does everything say “In God We Trust”

Duh we aren’t some theocracy, but just being founded by Englishman in the 18th century makes Christian morals the centerpiece of their thinking in creating the country undeniable. Not to mention most were practicing.

You can have a strong belief in God and moral values without attaching yourself to one particular religion . The church has been misused since the beginning of time to control the populous .
