Imre Arakas is suspected to have acted as a mercenary and supplied guns to an organised gang involved in the murder of a Lithuanian pop star's lover.

The State had written to authorities in Lithuania to clarify what exactly Arakas was wanted for in their bid to extradite him over the murder of a male there.The order will take effect after 15 days if he does not seek to further challenge it in court. The 26-year-old was shot 12 times as he drove from his Kaunas home in a Mercedes car in front of the Lithuanian pop star Vita Jakutiene, with whom he was in relationship.
