BREAKING: UK court to hear arguments in Ekweremadu’s case Dec. via politicsngr

POLITICS NIGERIA reports that also, the trial has been brought forward from May 2023 to January 31, 2023.

The former Deputy Senate President was absent in court on Monday but Beatrice, his wife, and his daughter were present. Ekweremadu and Beatrice are facing charges bordering on conspiracy to arrange/facilitate the travel of another person with a view to exploitation, namely organ harvesting. The couple were arrested by London Metropolitan Police in June and appeared before a magistrate court in July.Since his arrest in June, Ekweremadu has appeared in the UK court several times.
