Lying bastards

FAKE NEWS........

The Guardian tries to make us believe they produce honest journalism. Except for Scotland it appears. This headline is a scandalous misrepresentation of the facts.

Tell the whole truth, according to your own article it was lawful at the time it was introduced, but WM delayed it by taking it to court and then introduced it's own legislation making it unlawful. Dirty tricks that are not going down too well.

The court sparked a row between the UK and Scottish governments by confirming that much of the bill was lawful when it was introduced in March, but had since been made unlawful when the UK government changed the EU Withdrawal Act in the Lords, to further limit Holyrood’s powers.

The supreme court ruled the legislation competent. Apart from one small part. Trust the guardian to focus on that bit.

stop brexit new referendum🇪🇺

Of course now the obvious question is why did the Supreme Court refer the Scottish Courts decision on A50 to ECJ who then declared A50 could be abandoned. This despite UK Government objecting on the grounds Scotland has no jurisdiction on A50. How can this be attorneygeneral

Another referendum in Scotland soon then
