Joshua Bocchino, a 19-year-old from Long Branch, is charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest and obstruction of justice.

Police have arrested a fourth individual in connection with the H2oi car rally in Wildwood last month that left two people dead and another seriously injured, authorities said.

White, a Pittsburgh resident who also has an address in Delaware, is accused of killing two people, officials said. He was allegedly at the wheel of a 2003 Infiniti that struck a 2014 Honda Civic and then two pedestrians the night of Sept. 24, officials added. Eryk Wnek, 22, of Linden, was also arrested, according to the prosecutor’s office. He is charged with aggravated assault and assault by auto after allegedly crashing into a golf cart, officials said. Awas driving the low-speed golf cart with his girlfriend and four young children when the car struck them. While his girlfriend and the children only suffered minor bruises, the man was still hospitalized days after the crash.

Diaz, 18, attended the rally and allegedly instructed others to block intersections, do burnouts and prevent police vehicles from responding to emergency calls, the prosecutor’s office said. The officers transported him to the Wildwood Police Department., which started in Maryland years ago as a celebration of water-cooled Volkswagens and Audis, but turned into an unruly takeover of city streets in recent years.
