JUST IN: Appeal Court discharges Kanu of terrorism allegation

The Court of Appeal in Abuja has discharged and acquitted the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra , Nnamdi Kanu, of allegations of terrorism and treasonable felony.

Not acquitted, sit at prison order is still in place.

This is a clear compromise. The offense is undeniably a treasonable one. This man has openly championed attacks & still a threat to the sovereignty of Nigeria. He escaped from the country while on bail, deported back, charged again & now 'discharged & acquitted'. This is a joke

Buhari has destroyed Nigeria. Boko haram repentance forgiving nd now another terrorist about to go free for all the killings. If not new Nigeria then we should go our separate ways.
