Toronto television personality Patricia Jaggernauth has filed a human rights complaint against Bell Media alleging gender and racial discrimination.

A Toronto television personality has filed a human rights complaint against Bell Media alleging gender and racial discrimination, among other allegations, renewing scrutiny of the embattled broadcasting company.

“Throughout her employment with Bell, Ms. Jaggernauth has experienced a systemic pattern of racism, sexism and discrimination,” reads the complaint to the Canadian Human Rights Commission. “She has been continually passed over for promotions and opportunities and has been treated as a token and a commodity by Bell.”

“Bell has done this while at the same time denying Ms. Jaggernauth promotions she has earned and is qualified for, and while refusing to provide her with full-time work.” The allegations have not been tested at tribunal. Bell Media said in an emailed statement it does not comment on current or former employees.“Ms. Jaggernauth is relieved to finally be telling her story,” wrote Marshall in an email. “We look forward to holding Bell accountable for this egregious, systemic and discriminatory conduct. We will have more to say later.”

The truth will all prevail very soon and all the racist people that don’t understand that being racist is not only when you use the wrong words is deeper than that will find another excuse about this. PatriciaJaggernauth is and will always be a media mogul. Emmy Award Winning🏆

Can’t wait to hear this 🙄

Strange, overly effusive reporting style and way too much makeup. Sorry, the victimhood angle doesn't resonate with me.

Is it possible that she was good enough to be a bench player but never good enough to be in the starting line up?

So all of a sudden year 11 became a problem ..

How can you trust the racist torontostar when they do an article on racism.🤔

Of course, is there any other kind? Everyone is a victim

She deserved better treatment.

Likely gross exaggeration as was her weather reporting.

So where does she get all that money to buy her Hermes handbags we know the cost of those handbags Louboutin shoes, designer duds luxury vacation she’s always posting if the company denied her a living wage?

But let's all support 'Bell let's talk' next time.

I like Patricia Jaggernauth and her infused energy. So if she is filing a human rights complaint that means Bell Media is in immense turmoil and should not be sponsoring any future events if found liable. This is a genuine TV personality who is very liked by many viewers.

Bell and Rogers are pure evil so no surprise

I believe her 100% Canadian media corporations seem toxic with towards their workers.

What a joke.

Who watches broadcast TV anymore?

Yea, ok.

Was wondering where she went.

The weather specialist, remote reporter and co-host who recently left the network filed a complaint with the Canadian Human Rights Commission.

Toronto TV personality alleges 'systemic pattern' of discrimination in human rights claim against Bell Media | CBC NewsA well-known Toronto television personality has filed a human rights complaint against Bell Media, alleging “a systemic pattern” of racism, sexism and discrimination, adding that during her 11 years with the company, she was “treated as a token and a commodity.” Of course she has. Good for her 👏🏼 This extortion scheme is as stupid as it is obvious. Any lawyer advancing her claim should have their license revoked. But I’m sure she’ll collect a payout because Bell has to pretend like they care about this crap.
