Justice Daniel Osiagor sitting at the Federal High Court, Lagos, has ordered the Labour Party and its supporters not to converge on the Lekki toll gate for their ‘#Obidatti23 Forward Ever Rally’ billed to hold on October 1, 2022.

The suit against OBIdient rally in Lagos on the 1st of Oct, 2022 was heard. The court objected to the applicant's application to stop the rally. The court ruled that the procession can hold anywhere in Lagos state, pass thru the Lekki Toll gate & to any legal areas of our choice
