Court documents allege that 43-year-old Victor Pacheco was shot at by Mesa police after he pointed a gun at officers following a domestic dispute.

Court documents allege that 43-year-old Victor Pacheco threatened to kill his fiancé before Mesa police shot at him during a Sept. 19 encounter.

The woman denied that she was cheating on him but refused to give Pacheco the friend's name which caused him to push her onto the couch and point a loaded handgun at her head, the report said. The woman said that she ran to call the police who then arrived on the scene. While speaking with the officers, Pacheco called her and asked her why she had called the police, laughed at her and denied having shot at her, according to the report.
