The victim in that case has said Tennessee police did not properly investigate Abston-Henderson and had they done so, he might have been in jail at the time of Fletcher’s killing,The prior victim said she met Abston-Henderson on a dating app and as soon as she got into his apartment, he pressed a gun to her neck and raped her, before robbing her.
