The complainant testified Monday that while they were both students at Royal Military College Saint-Jean in 1988, Fortin entered her room while she was sleeping and placed her hand on his penis and masturbated himself. She testified he fondled her breast with his other hand. Contrary to what she told police, the complainant told the court that the assailant did not touch her vagina, nor did he speak to her. She was also unsure in court as to whether her roommate was in the room at the time of the attack.
“But I can assure you without a doubt that it was Dany Fortin standing over me, masturbating himself with my hand. I looked at him. I knew that man. I spent 18 months with him being around day in and day out, and so there may be some slight variances, but there are no variances in that.”
1988? What took 'the complainant' so long and what's up with not naming them but dirtying up the accused during court? You sure you arent influencing the courts? I think you allege sexual assaults too often without stating the prosecutions name. I think that is favouring women.
