The former head of Canada's COVID-19 vaccine rollout, Maj.-Gen. Dany Fortin, has been formally charged with one count of sexual assault.

But when you cant nail down an offence date and give a rough 5 month period ?that will be a tough hill to climb beyond a reasonable doubt. I doubt anyone could recall where they were or what they were doing 30 yrs ago. Proving identity will be a battle…only 450 brush cut male teens at that school…a SCC decision will likely be used here.R v W(d). If she is credible and he is as well, in the absence of any corroborating evidence,the court must acquit bc the offence cant be proven beynd res dbt.
