The Federal High Court in Lagos has granted an order restraining all the parties in the suit pertaining to the Ikoyi Cancer Treatment Center, from demolishing, destroying or tampering with the health facility property. The property is at No.16, Alexander Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, A statement issued on Sunday by a human rights lawyer, Mr Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa , said the presiding judge, Justice D.E.
