The scheduled arraignment at the Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 98 on Friday, Sept. 16 of the suspect in the shooting of former Lamitan City Mayor Rosita Furigay, Dr. Chao Tiao Yumol, 98 on Friday, Sept. 16 has been postponed for the second time.
Yumol’s previous arraignment which was scheduled last Aug. 4 was also postponed after his lawyers claimed that Yumol showed signs of mental disorder and requested the QCRTC to allow him to undergo an immediate mental status examination.
