The executive secretary at the Council for the Advancement of the SA Constitution , Lawson Naidoo, believes the Western Cape High Court placed"too much emphasis" on the Phala Phala investigation which repealed President Cyril Ramaphosa's suspension of Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane. Last week, the court ruled that Ramaphosa's decision to suspend Mkhwebane after she sent him questions about the Phala Phala break-in, was invalid and"improper".
