Maybe this will get to a point where the other former Presidents will have to file an amicus brief which I assume will disagree with Trumps position. Maybe the DOJ should proactively seek out their opinions in writing to cover their bases.
Maybe the saving grace for a court looking at this on appeal is the realization that not only will this empower Trump but future Presidents like Biden and also insanely retroactively empower former Presidents like Carter,Bush,Clinton and Obama to stop the work of the Executive.
