The lawsuit against the candidature of Idris Abiola-Ajimobi for a seat in the Oyo State House of Assembly has been dropped.

But his emergence was opposed by two party members, Michael Famurewa and Olawale AyilaraThe court struck out the case after Famurewa and Ayilara dropped the legal action.The flagbearer noted that the plaintiffs demonstrated maturity and loyalty to the party.“I assure our leaders, co-contestants, constituents and other members of the party that I will justify the confidence reposed in me through quality representation”, he said.
