What to watch for at Thursday's hearing over documents seized at Mar-a-Lago

US District Judge Aileen Cannon will be considering whether to bring in third party oversight of the Justice Department, in which an outside attorney would in theory identify and filter out evidence that should be withheld from investigators because it was privileged.

With Tuesday's filing, the DOJ made public an attestation she signed to certify that classified materials subpoenaed from Trump in June had been diligently searched for and produced to the FBI. That the FBI found 100 more classified documents in the search in August called 'into serious question" her representations in the attestation.Meanwhile, Trump has added a new attorney -- former Florida solicitor general Chris Kise -- to his team.

All obvious reasons aside why one is not warranted,why bother with a special master any way, we all know the routine. If it does not benefit trump,which it won’t, the special master was a fraud out to get trump a new conspiracy theory is born grifter then sells the new koolaid.

All stall tactics to build a better defense, all the while building campaign momentum to deflect & run for federal cover. This always works for MAGA cult world.
