It was not necessary to deal with the merits of the application.
In her latest application, Rosmah sought a declaration that the appointment of Sri Ram as senior DPP through three letters of appointment , dated July 8, 2020, May 11 and May 21, 2021, respectively, was unlawful.
Rosmah's defence seems to follow Najibs tactic, blame everything and everyone other than focusing on the facts of her case
