Was hoping the the Supreme Court would give him a longer sentence.
The incident definately needed an immediate response. The victim was isolated inside a closed structure going No where. Hopefully this tragic incident will be a used to teach future officers better ways to Destabilize a situation and utilize all resources available to them.
I’m still scratching my head how someone can kill a person by shooting them several times and being convicted of attempted murder!
